Great Location! This place is surrounded by awesome restaurants, bakeries, and is super close to the water taxi and train station. 🍴 Cannaregio district is a must-visit - so much to explore there!

The rooms were perfectly clean with channel view, sunlight, an air conditioner, the breakfast was excellent. Had a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. The location was particularly good, the staff was lovely.

Had 2 nights in Venice, spent our time here lovely. Our breakfast was lovely with yogurts, muesli and also cakes. The room with the windows open...

The rooms were perfect, and we had a truly memorable experience with the windows open.

The property is like a hidden gem in a historic building with a charming courtyard. The reception staff speak multiple languages and there's even a restaurant serving international cuisine. I felt like royalty with the room service, babysitting service, and gift shop available.

Oh, and the best part was definitely the messy kitchen with dirty dishes piled up. Such a treat!

We had a fantastic stay at Venice&Venice Apartments! the apartment had three rooms, each with its own external private bathroom. the location was easily accessible from the airport by water bus, and it took only about 40 minutes with a cost of 15€ for a one-way ticket. the apartment was clean, quiet, and our room had a lovely channel view. the hostess, Monica, was incredibly helpful and provided us with a city map, suggested routes, and highlights of the city. Another hostess, Ana, took excellent care of us and served delicious breakfast with hot coffee. We couldn't have asked for a better B&B experience!

We felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing location near popular attractions and airport water bus, spacious and well-appointed apartment, helpful and welcoming staff, the soothing sound of water lapping against the wall from the canal, convenient luggage storage on the last day, clean and beautiful decor.

We had a fantastic stay at And Venice Apartments - Private Rooms In Shared. the room was extremely comfortable with great amenities like air conditioning and a strong Wi-Fi connection. We also loved the cute spots in the apartment for taking pictures. the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom was exceptional. the owner of the apartment was incredibly polite and friendly. the location was perfect, with easy walking access to all the major tourist areas. We didn't need to use transportation, as we could explore the city on foot. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all 😊.

I stayed at a B&B during Christmas and there were a couple of good things about it. the room was cozy and had a nice Christmas ambiance. There was also a Christmas tree in the common area, which added to the festive atmosphere. the location was great. It was close to the main attractions and I could easily walk to the Christmas markets and enjoy the holiday spirit. Plus, it was located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle.

There were a few negative aspects. the check-in process was a bit chaotic.
